We are done grooming for the year

First of all I would like to thank Don Kenny (trail boss) for his 30+ years of volunteering with Nepisiguit sport lodge and thousands of hours of posting on Bathurst trails to help bring the lodge where it is today. I am happy to try and fill your shoes with the trail reports. I'm sure you'll be keeping a n eye on me. I'll do my best to fill your shoes or boots in this case.

That being said

unfortunately my first post is to advise you that Nepisiguit lodge is finished grooming as of April 10. There is still good snow from Roger's lake to TV tower and around the California loop trail 22 Unfortunately the link from TV tower to Governors is down to dirt. Above Governors xmas mountain towards Surpentine still has snow.

If you do venture out please be very cautious for water cuts across the trails.
