Trais Good in the North

Good morning from Bathurst. With most trails 8 out of 10 and some 10 out of 10 Ron decided to give the boys Monday night off, but will have them on the trails tonight. Most trails from the Miramichi going north through Bathurst up through Campbellton and over to Edmundston plus East to West from Tracadie and Caraquet to Grand Falls, St Quentin and St Leonard are all in good shape. Of course, you are going to see areas where we could use more snow, but that is indicative of the season.

One thing we never seen this year so far was a meltdown and having said this we should be thankful. The trails are great! I've been talking to different people and all cannot say enough about the trail system here in the North. I was speaking with Alyre at Serpentine Lodge and he feels that this could be a long season well into April.

La plupart des sentiers étant en excellent état (8/10 et certains même 10/10), Ron a décidé d'accorder une soirée de repos aux garçons lundi soir, mais ils seront sur les sentiers ce soir. La plupart des sentiers, de Miramichi vers le nord en passant par Bathurst, Campbellton et Edmundston, ainsi que ceux d'est en ouest de Tracadie et Caraquet à Grand Falls, Saint-Quentin et Saint-Léonard, sont en bon état. Bien sûr, il y a des endroits où il faudrait plus de neige, mais c'est normal pour cette saison.

Nous n'avons pas encore vu de fonte cette année, et c'est tant mieux ! Les sentiers sont superbes ! J'ai discuté avec plusieurs personnes et toutes sont unanimes : le réseau de sentiers du Nord est excellent. J'ai parlé avec Alyre du Serpentine Lodge, et il pense que la saison pourrait durer jusqu'en avril.
