10:00 AM - March 10, 2023
A BIG thank you to West End Sports for sponsoring last nights Wing Night. Again another big crowd from 5 to 8 PM. There ar eonly a few nights left for this night, so check the the events page for the next Wings Night.
It was a great day for sledding yesterday with temps in the low + with beautiful sun. It looks like more of the same for today and into the weekend.
It is -3 degrees Celsius at post. Grooming last night had the #1 out of Roger's Lake on Trail 23 to Nepisiguit, back to Rogers Lake and then up to Governor's and back to Rogers Lake.
It seems like we just started the season and here it is March 10th. Going forward with just got over a month left of snowmobiling until the end of the season on April 15th. How time flies. Looking at the weather going forward we have some snow coming here next week. It is a little early to call as the temperatures are just under the minus, but they are calling for up to 30 cm beginning Tuesday. Judging by how much snow we have we could always use more to sustain what we have left. Our grooming windows are really closing in on us with temperatures in the positive during the day. My advice is to get out and enjoy the trails while we have them, because it could be an early spring. For the moment the trails are still on the great side. Safe sledding.
