We are continuing to groom after Wednesday’s little snowfall. Last night, Jacob took the #1 from Rogers Lake through Piston Alley to Popple Depot, then the 506 into Dry Gulch camp cluster. He turned there and proceeded up the 503 to trail 19. Then back to Rogers Lake. Mickey took the #2 unit and groomed from theNepisiguit Lodge down to Bass River and back to the Lodge. Roger on the #3 groomed from the Nepisiguit Lodge to Rogers Lake on Trail 23 and then the 509 to shady Lane, back out to Nine Mile Shelter and then back to the lodge.

Getting back to our Trail 19 East out of the Atlantic Host in Bathurst. Jacob groomed to Host and back to the lodge Wednesday night. He said the trail is good other than that 3 KM in the pond areas in middle river. There Just isn’t enough snow to fill in the bad spots. But very doable.

Michelle has a wonderful special at for this weekend at Nepisiguit Lodge. It is a Lobster Roll platter with Fries and Coleslaw for $18.99. A big thank you goes out to Pecheries St Paul from Bas Caraquet for supplying the great quality seafood. They have been a long time sponsor of Club #1. It is shaping up to be another great weekend. All trails range from 9 to 10 and 10 to 10 in the Nepisiguit System.

Nous continuons le damage des pistes après les faibles chutes de neige de mercredi. Hier soir, Jacob a pris la piste n° 1 depuis Rogers Lake en passant par Piston Alley jusqu'à Popple Depot, puis la 506 jusqu'au campement de Dry Gulch. Il a ensuite fait demi-tour et remonté la piste 503 jusqu'à la piste 19, avant de retourner à Rogers Lake. Mickey a pris la piste n° 2 et a damé la piste depuis le Nepisiguit Lodge jusqu'à Bass River, puis est revenu au Lodge. Roger, sur la piste n° 3, a damé la piste 23 depuis le Nepisiguit Lodge jusqu'à Rogers Lake, puis la 509 jusqu'à Shady Lane, est retourné à Nine Mile Shelter et a ensuite rejoint le Lodge.

Sur notre sentier 19 Est, au départ de l'Atlantic Host à BathurstHost à Bathurst. Jacob a damé jusqu'à Host et est revenu au Lodge hier soir. Il a dit que la piste est bonne, sauf sur 3 km dans les zones d'étangs de Middle River. Il n'y a tout simplement pas assez de neige pour combler les zones difficiles d'accès. Mais c'est tout à fait praticable.
