First Hand Report From Ryan

Good morning all sledders. I’ll give you a first hand report from Ryan Hache. He was out yesterday and here is his report on his ride out of Chaleur to Rogers Lake. I appreciate anyone for their report, regardless of where you ride. (((((Good day. Small heads up. Did a run with Matt today. Left from Chaleur this morning across to the Sugar Shack around California Lake to Roger’s and back. Some excellent sections of trail well worth the ride. Some dirt sections that were easily passable however with more sunny days and mild weather the trails won’t last long. Some good loose snow and some icy sections. Couple of washouts but not too bad and flooding over the trails in other areas. Was well worth the ride. Thought I would reach out as an update in case anyone is looking for trail status. Bonjour à tous les motoneigistes ! Voici un compte rendu de Ryan Hache. Il était sur les pistes hier et voici son récit de sa sortie de Chaleur au lac Rogers. Vos comptes rendus sont les bienvenus, peu importe où vous roulez. (((((Bonjour ! Petit message : j'ai fait une sortie avec Matt aujourd'hui. Nous sommes partis de Chaleur ce matin, avons traversé la zone jusqu'à la cabane à sucre, contourné le lac California, puis rejoint le lac Rogers et retour. De superbes portions de sentier qui valaient vraiment le détour. Certaines portions de terre étaient facilement praticables, mais avec plus de soleil et de douceur, les sentiers ne resteront pas longtemps en bon état. De la bonne neige poudreuse et quelques sections glacées. Quelques ravins, mais rien de grave, et des inondations sur les sentiers à d'autres endroits. La sortie en valait vraiment la peine. Je voulais vous tenir au courant au cas où certains chercheraient des informations sur l'état des sentiers.

Notre chalet Nepisiguit est fermé pour le reste de la saison, mais sera ouverture ce mercredi pour notre dernier souper du mercredi soir. Procurez-vous vos billets pour le souper de dinde en appelant Curt's Auto Repair.
