Could be a Busy Weekend + Update

Update 4.15 PM. Grooming is canceled for tonight as it is just too mild to groom.

Saturday, Feb 10th, 2024, Club #1 Grooming last night had the # 1 out of Rogers Lake west on 23 on Piston Alley to Popple Depot, then 503 to Simpsons Fields intersection 19/503 and back to Rogers Lake on 23 and continued Nine Mile East shelter and back to Rogers Lake. The # 2 left Nepisiguit Lodge to the Atlantic Host on 23 and 19 then back to Nepisiguit on same and west on 23 to Nine Mile Shelter (meeting where the #1 turned) and back to Nepisiguit lodge.

The weather today will be a little on the soft side so we expect to see some melting on the trails. This is something that we are used to as it happens invariably every year at some point during the season. We are asking all snowmobilers during this stretch of mild weather to tone down on the “run & gun” as this can do irreparable damage to the trails once we get back into the freeze.
