Summer will be warmer than normal, with rainfall above normal in the north and below normal in the south. The hottest periods will be in mid-June, early and mid-July, and early August. Watch for a tropical storm threat in mid- to late July. September and October will be warmer and rainier than normal, with a tropical storm threat in late September.
