15 to 20 CM Snow Overnight

Our first Wing Night will be held this Thursday at the Nepisguit Lodge at 5 PM until 8 PM. The night is sponsored by Fix Auto and Elm Tree Resources.

Well, it's adding up; a few centimeters here and few cemeters there. We'll take it all. This is a welcome sight as we had close to 20 cm come down since early Wednesday evening. It is very light, so sledding through it won't be a problem. With all our trails groomed before the storm, this will be a good topping, so after the groomers hit the trails today, we should be in decent shape. We had both groomers out yesterday with a 2 pass run on Piston Alley plus Rogers Lake to Nepisiguit with the #1 and down to East Bathurst to Bass River on Trail 19 with the #2.

The #1 will run from the Lodge to East Bathurst this morning. Both units will have their service today and once that is done, they will be on the trails. This could be enough snow to get the Golden Triangle groomed up and put some clubs in better shape for grooming. We’ll see what transpires in a few days.
