Update on Nepisiguit Snowmobile Club #1

Just to let everyone of our members know on what’s happening with the club. In our last report at the end of the season we put out a notice of looking at recruitment in a change of officers in the club’s administration. We had a list of over thirty people invited to attend meetings to see where the club is heading. From these meetings we have made significant progress of achieving that goal. We are in the process of setting up a nominating committee of which Dave Brewster will chair. This committee will be looking for people to agree to come in and be directors of the club in different positions. So, if you are called please give it careful and thoughtful consideration.

We feel that our club is one of the best run clubs in the Maritimes and hopefully this trend continues with some new “blood”. Remember that the more people we have on board, the less work it is for everyone involved. So if you are called or if you want to get involved, please give it some serious thought as the future of this club depends on YOU. We have an administrative structure built up with positions to be filled. All of these positions have job descriptions.
