Two Big Events This Week

Tuesday, Feb 25th, Club #1
It was +7 to +8 yesterday and more of the same today. We seem to be into that late March early April weather. A few days of this will have little effect on the trail base other than melting off a cm or two. It does however affect the off trail snow levels where we lost a good 8 inches or so. Our two groomers #1 & #2 were out last night with the #1 out of Rogers Lake to Mt Carleton on 23, Piston Alley and the 504. The #2 was out of East Bathurst on Trail 19, hooked up the 23 to Nepisiguit Lodge, then Back to Atlantic Host. Trails are 8 to 10.
We have our supper on Wednesday again with Roast Beef on the menu. It should be a busy weekend with the Danny Burger rub this Saturday Feb 29th sponsored by the Big D Drive In Restaurant. LOCATION: Rogers Lake Lodge The 24th anniversary of the "Danny Burger Run". Event starts at 12 PM and ends at 4 PM. Always a big turnout. All proceeds to Nepisiguit Club #1 Trail grooming.
Slow down in turns and unfamiliar trails for the first time users. Ride on the right side of the trails.
