Close to the End for Grooming

Last night the #1 groomed from Rogers Lake on Trail 23 to Nine Mile shelter, Trail 22 north as far as the 301 intersection. It turned there and groomed back to Rogers Lake Via 707 and 23. It also did the 508 (40 Cluster). The #2 is still at Nepisiguit and will move to our garage in East Bathurst for storage tonight. The #3 came down last night on its final run. It too, is in storage. The #1 will come down tonight as well.

We have tonight as the last night for grooming. It is still good to passable from Bathurst to Popple Depot and beyond. It actually gets better as you go towards Popple, Serpentine, Mt Carleton and anywhere north of there. The head pond is still safe as far as ice thickness is concerned, but the problem may be heavy slush later in the day. It is cross at your own risk and there will be no contact from the Lodge as we are closed for the season.
